CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Southern Bliss Esthetics! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Confirmation A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will remain securely on file and will only be charged in accordance with the policies below. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. If the appointment cannot be completed, it will be considered a late cancellation and the cancellation fee may apply. New Clients Please complete all required intake forms before arriving to ensure your appointment begins on time.
